A precise account of what was decided, what remains disputed and what follows procedurally.
What is recorded
Judgments, pleadings, orders and other primary materials are published or linked where lawful. Each account identifies the question before the court and the procedural position at the date of publication.
What was decided
Orders and findings are stated narrowly. A decision on one issue is not presented as resolving another, and a public-interest finding is not described as approval of an entire reporting method.
What remains disputed
Findings of fact, allegations, submissions, evidential disputes and unresolved questions are identified separately. The treatment and particularisation of confidential-source evidence are recorded with care.
Appeals and updates
An intention to appeal is distinguished from a filed appeal. Once a notice, order or judgment is available, the procedural record will be updated and dated without predicting the outcome.
